    American Indian and Alaska Native Documents in the Congressional Serial Set: 1817-1899: This collection of documents pertains to the history of American Indians and Alaskan Natives during the period 1817-1899. The Serial Set, which is still published today, contains the House and Senate Documents and Reports from Congressional committees dealing with proposed legislation and issues under investigation. It also includes materials from the executive branch. ​

    ProQuest History Vault: American Indians and American West Digital Archive : This collection consists of a large variety of collections from the U.S. National Archives, a series of collections from the Chicago History Museum, as well as selected first-hand accounts on Indian Wars and westward migration. One of the highlights of this module is its focus on American Indians in the first half of the 20th Century, a period that has not been studied in as much detail as the calamitous 19th Century. The two major collections on the 20th Century in this module are Records of the Bureau of Indian Affairs and records from the Major Council Meetings of American Indian Tribes. In addition to these 20th Century records, American Indians and the American West, 1809-1971 features a number of excellent collections on American Indians in the 19th Century, with a focus on the interaction among white settlers, the U.S. federal government, and Indian tribes.

    Maawndoonganan: Anishinaabe Resource Manual: This resource, created by the Confederation of Michigan Tribal Education Departments (CMTED), is designed to accompany the State of Michigan Social Studies Standards, but is also useful to anyone wishing to learn more.

    Digital Public Library of America: A national network of partners contributing millions of materials from libraries, archives, museums, and other cultural institutions across the country. This link goes to items tagged "Saginaw Chippewa."

    Tribal Treaties Database: Includes agreements between tribal nations and the United States (1778-1886) published in the 1904 work “Indian Affairs: Laws and Treaties” (Volume II), compiled and edited by Charles J. Kappler. Links to Kappler’s original text and digitized treaties held at the National Archives can also be found throughout the site. Finally, a recently updated, comprehensive index complements this work.

    Indian Residential School Survivors' Storybase: A project that seeks to bring together the multitude of Stories from Residential School Survivors available online in one searchable format. The collection emphasizes audio and video recordings with the aim of connecting directly to the individual storytelling styles, personalities, emotions and experiences of Survivors. Recordings are primarily in English or Indigenous languages with English transcriptions or subtitles available.

    The Michigan Mental Health Training Kit includes training on identifying mental health crisis and non-crisis situations, case studies of real-life encounters with community members with mental health challenges, a list of Michigan mental health organizations , and additional mental health resources and training from the National Library of Medicine (NLM) and the Network of the National Library of Medicine (NNLM)
